
Mavis Domalae (Esq.)
Mavis Domalae (Esq.) was called to the Ghanaian Bar on 30th September 2011, following which she joined the Law Firm, Holy Trinity Chambers in Kumasi and has been engaged in Private Legal Practice to date. As a Lawyer, she represents her clients in all manner of legal areas, and offers legal advice according to the issues and problems at stake at any particular time. Ultimately, she is tasked to find legal solutions to legal issues presented to her.
In fulfilling her responsibilities over the years, she has held meetings with clients to discuss cases, prepared for court cases and hearings, performed legal research, had representation in court, shared legal opinions and negotiated settlements for and on behalf of her clients.
Throughout her years of practice, one of her proudest professional achievements was filing a novel Garnishee Application to the High Court against the Landlord of a Judgement/Debtor, a Tenant who had vacated the premises, for recovery of the rent advance in satisfaction of the judgement debt.
Ms. Domalae has exceptional professional competency, a skill she regards as one of her greatest strengths, and she loves to do some gardening or go sightseeing when not addressing legal matters.
