
Mr. Isaac Reginald Ayitey Quaye
Mr. Isaac Reginald Ayitey Quaye brings to the Board of Pacific Savings and Loans Plc a diverse expertise and experience he had gathered during his period of work in the Banking Sector.
He attended Accra Academy from 1972 to 1977 for GCE Examinations Ordinary Level and Accra High School from 1977 to 1979 for GCE Examination Advanced Level and continued at University of Science and Technology for BSc Computer Science in 1986.
Mr Quaye did his National Service with Cocobod - Produce Buying Company from 1986 to 1988, collecting data from the districts and presenting to the Head office.
He taught briefly at West Africa Computer Science Institute and Accra Business Services Centre in IT and prepared students for the London Certificate Exams.
He was employed by National Investment Bank as IT Officer in 1989 and rose to the position of Chief Manager in the Bank at the time of retirement in 2018. Having been taken through the necessary training required for his job as an IT expert and to support the banking sector, Mr Quaye was promoted to the Head, IT in the year 2000. He led in the implementation of various Banking Software and supported the banking departments as and when required. He also led a team to migrate the Bank through Y2K successfully. He was later transferred to the Audit Department to start an IT Audit Department, and performed IT Audit in the Bank from 2003 to 2013 where he worked closely with the Head of Compliance to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and the regulator’s.
Formerly a consultant to KLM Accra, Mr. Quaye is currently a Board member of People’s Dialogue on Human Settlements and the Pacific Savings and Loans PLC.
